Face Caring Tips for Oily Skin

Oily skin is the skin that produce excess oil because of the high activity of fat in the skin glands. As a result dirt and dust easily so stuck on our face, until acnes and black spots arise. Oily skin is usually influenced by hormonal factors during puberty, or due to have the wrong habits by eating spicy and fatty foods.

The skin characteristics that include as an oily skin are :
• There has a black stain and acnes on the face .
Facial skin was sticky and oily, especially around the nose area.
• Sometimes the skin experiencing itching for allergy.

If your skin including an oily skin, here is the following tips to care for it
  1. Cleanse your skin regularly to remove excess oil accumulated in the pores of the face. Clean the face of at least three times a day, especially after traveling, in the afternoon and at bedtime. This is done to avoid the attack of bacteria and germs on the accumulated fat in the skin, that can cause ulcers and acne.
  2. Apply treatment with lime juice on a regular basis. This is because the pores of oily skin tends to widen, and lime juice can shrink the pores so that the fat goes down.
  3. Reduce consumption of chocolate, spicy foods, foods that contain many spices, coconut cream and fried foods. These foods can trigger the appearance of excessive fat in the skin.
  4. Perform facial cleansing and massage by doing facial with peel.
  5. You can also do face evaporation. Take a basin and other container, then fill with boiling water. Put your face over the boiling water with a towel covered around the head, so that the steam is concentrated on the facial skin. It is also to shrink the facial pores, impurities and to reduce excess oil levels.
