Today's Reflection : 25 Days before Christmas

Lately Indonesia was being in Judicature, Catastrophic and Economy crisis. By KPK cases, Earthquake Disasters in many places in Indonesia and the increasing prices of foodstuff supplies, many Indonesian people start to live desperately and lose hopes. Are we the one of those people?

The recipes to get win from this uncertain situation is in Hebrew 12:28 (TEV) :
"Let us be thankful, then, because we receive a Kingdom that cannot be shaken. Let us be grateful and worship God in a way that will please HIM, with reverence and awe." 

What Will We Prepare for Christmas?

What will we prepare for Christmas this year?
As a housewife, maybe we'll start thinking to immediately make pastries to entertain our guests. Not forgetting also, we're starting to unpack the boxes from our storeroom then set up Christmas tree with its tiny accessories & lamps.

While the husbands start to work hard to earn money which purposed for buying desired Christmas Presents for family. They also are making plans of a holiday travel for their family to make them get the best Christmas day ever.

The kids also start to make the Christmas wishes and hope that Santa (or parents) will give them the Christmas Presents as they had wished. Hmmm .. if that's all we gonna do?

Do we realize the true meaning of Christmas?
Have we started to think about LOVE sharing on a Christmas day?
By visiting our poor neighbors whose children were starving and probably be in poor health who can't enjoy or having fun on Christmas as we do. Or we can also visit the forsaken children who beg every day whether it's a rainy or shiny day. We can make them happy with small gifts such as giving them clothes, foods, toys or money.

Do we able to spend our money which had purposed for vacation or buying presents, then in the meantime purposed to give them Christmas' Love? Do we have some little time to visit these small people and share the love of Christ for them?
