Tips How to Tone Our Belly After Giving Birth

Do not trivial assume the traditional herbs (Jamu - Indonesian) which are usually proudly suggested by our parents, because these herbs could help women in treatment to keep them beautiful.

The new moms who had just given birth often complain that their bellies become distended pre-birth.
Here are the tips on traditional treatment for slender abdomen after giving birth :
  1. Prepare 2 joints grated kencur (Kaempferia galanga), 3 tamarind, 1 calamondin that had been cut up finely, and 1 tablespoon of rice, which was soaked, and finely grin
  2. Mix all ingredients, and then knead.
  3. Apply this concoction around your stomach, then wrapped with women's cummerbund for 3-30 minutes. Apply this treatment routine, in the morning and evening after take a bath.

BREASTFEEDING


It is important for new moms to breastfeed their babies rather than give them milk from bottles. This means to keep our babies immunity factor from any diseases during their growth. When the baby is applied to the breast for the first time, it must be nursed upon a certain plan. It is required for the well doing of the baby, and will contribute essentially to maintain the health of the mother, who will result a good nurse, and at the same time she shall enjoy her duty.

Oily Skin Care Tips (3)

Here I want to give caring tips for an oily skin face by using a lime mask. Lime mask is a very good treatment to control the excess oil on your face. Interested?

Follow these steps:
  1. Take a lime after you washed it, then sliced into two parts.
  2. Squeeze the lime, take the water juice. You will only use the lime peel, while the juice can be used to make beverages.
  3. Rub the inside of the peels to clean your face, then leave about 10 minutes.
  4. After about 10 minutes, rinse your face with clean water. Perform this treatment once a week.

Oily Skin Care Tips (2)

Here I also want to share tips on overcoming oily skin problems by using potatoes. The steps are described below :
  1. Prepare two potatoes. Mash them to a pulp.
  2. Rub the potatoes all over the face, then wait about 25 minutes.
  3. After about 25 minutes, wash your face with warm water. Then rinse again with cold water. Perform this treatment routinely. Do it at least once a week so that the oil levels in your skin to be normal.

Oily Skin Care Tips (1)

Now I want to give tips about overcoming oily skin problems by applying fruits.

These are the steps of treatment :
  1. Prepare 1 apple, 2 calamondin, 1 / 2 cucumber, 1 sweet orange and 2 tablespoons of rose water.
  2. Peel the apple and cucumber and crushed them, squeezed the calamondin and sweet orange.
  3. Mix the apple, cucumber and the lemon juice with rose water.
  4. Apply this treatment ingredients evenly on the face, then wait for 5-10 minutes.
  5. After a while, rinse face with warm water then rinse again with cold water until it cleaned. Perform this treatment once a week.

Oily skin is the skin that produce excess oil because of the high activity of fat in the skin glands. As a result dirt and dust easily so stuck on our face, until acnes and black spots arise.
